HELP NEEDED
 

I HAVE TO SELL OFF ONE OF MY AMERICAN EAGLES ($50 GOLD 1998)......

I AM GOING TO EBAY OF COURSE BUT MY CAMERA IS GIVING ME A LOUSY PHOTO.... DOES ANYONE HAVE A PIC OF AN EXCELLENT CONDITION EAGLE THAT I COULD USE... OF COURSE I WILL SAY IN THE ADD THAT THE PHOTO DEPICTED IS NOT THE ONE THEY ARE GETTING.... MINE IS EXCELLENT... IF SOMEONE COULD KINDLY PRIVATE MSG ME A PIC (BOTH SIDES I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL)...... THIS IS NOT A RIP OFF, MY COIN IS PERFECT (GOT IT FROM CNI A WHILE BACK) BUT I NEED SOME FAST CASH BECAUSE I BORROWED A FRIEND 700 BUCKS AND SHE IS NOT IN A HURRY TO GIVE IT BACK...

Here is a link which might help. Google has an "image search" feature that makes it easy to find pictures of most anything. If this link works you should find plenty of gold eagle pictures. Some could have copyright implications, but here they are:

If this link doesn't work for some reason, go to Google, click on "Images" and search for "gold eagle coin".

Possible that someone on this board might want to purchase it from you.

Thanks so much...I was in a rush to go to work this AM and didn't have time to do a search. The first pic that popped up was exactly my coin........thanks a million.....I'll do the ebay thing........

Ummmm,.....what am i missing here? Why go to ebay where you're likely to get NEAR "SPOT" for your coin on the day it comes off auction,........and have to pay the ebay final value fee AND the listing fee which total could be about $10.00

Why not just call up a reliable dealer and ship it in to them. Much quicker (you mentioned needing "fast cash"!), and you'll probably "net" more in the end also! (i work for a long time Albany, New York dealer and i could lock in a price even) Others would probably do the same also!

..........just wondering?

Well I took a look around ebay first and most of them are selling at about 20 dollars above spot... so I just put it there and we'll see... I did not think of the ebay fee that is true...yikes......but Les des sont jetes or alea jacta est.... and thanks for the advice!
